General Rules
These rules and regulations were established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance – and with a “Good Neighbor Policy” in mind.
Your compliance is very much appreciated and will ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
CHECK-IN TIME: After 1:00PM
CHECK-OUT TIME: Before 11:00AM
QUIET TIME: 10:00PM – 8:00AM
If you need to arrive after our normal business hours, please contact management for special arrangements.
- No prorating or refunds for early departure.
- Children under the age of 12 must be under the supervision of an adult while in the common areas of the campground.
- All visitors must check-in at the office and comply with all campground rules & policies.
- YOU are responsible for the actions of your children and your visitors.
- The Speed Limit is 5 mph.
- ALL buildings and common areas in the campground are SMOKE-FREE.
- NO illegal drugs.
- No BB gun, pellet gun, air gun, and or paintball gun use is allowed in the campground. All weapons shall be kept in compliance with state/federal laws.
- Common courtesy shall prevail between all persons in the campground. Respect people’s privacy. Profane, abusive, harassing, threatening language or actions directed at personnel or other guests is unacceptable.
- Do Not walk through occupied or unoccupied sites. Please use the roads and paths provided.
- Not following the rules can result in being asked to leave the campground.
- No generators during quiet times
- No fireworks, or loud music.
- Should the Sheriff be notified regarding a disturbance at your site, you will be required to vacate the campground.
- No peddling, soliciting, or business enterprise is allowed in the campground. Signs for the sale of products, services, and RVs are not allowed.
- Guests use the campground’s facilities at their own risk. Please act safely and secure your valuables.
- Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to a person, pet, or visitors due to the use of campground facilities or caused by others on the premises.
- The campground is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, or catastrophic events.
- No pets inside any campground facility.
- Please leave campground facilities as you would like to find them. Please clean up after using the facilities such as rinsing the shower, sink, etc.
- Any guest or visitor that willfully or negligently damages or destroys campground property, landscaping, or equipment will be held liable for the value to repair or replace damaged items property.
– The responsible party may be asked to leave for any damage.
– The Trolley Stop RV Park is a privately owned campground. Management reserves the right to refuse services, ask visitors to vacate, or deny access to anyone under any circumstances it deems necessary. There will be no refunds if asked to leave the campground.

VEHICLES and SITE OCCUPANCY
- One RV per site.
- Subletting or renting an RV or Tiny Home is prohibited.
- Two passenger vehicles allowed per site. A Third vehicle requires management approval and may be allowed if space is available for an additional fee.
- Utility/Car trailers must be parked in the reserved parking spaces (additional fee required).
- We love the landscaping and beauty of our campground. Please make sure that you do not park on the common area grass, gravel, mulch areas, or on vacant sites.
- No sheds, porches, decks, tarps, hot tubs, or utility buildings allowed.
- No vehicle repairs or maintenance may be done in the campground unless approved by management.
- No clotheslines or hanging laundry outdoors.
- Outdoor items should be neat and orderly.
- Personal items, lawn chairs, a potted plant or rugs may not be kept on the grass or gravel to allow for our lawn maintenance.
- Cutting of trees and plants is prohibited. No screws, bolts, or nails in park trees.
- Hazardous materials should be discarded properly. No dumping of anything on the ground that may harm the grass or landscaping.
- Portable gas and charcoal grills are allowed.
- We have a community fire pit, and BBQ grills on the property that you are welcome to utilize. No wood fires on any site. Small contained gas fire pits are allowed.
NOISE CONTROL
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8am
- No generators or loud music during quiet times.
- Should the Sheriff be notified regarding a disturbance at your site, you will be required to vacate the campground.
WASTE DISPOSAL
- A member of our staff will be by sometime shortly after 9 am to pick up any trash bags left by the curb and after that, you can take your garbage to one of the garbage locations on site.
- Please don’t leave any trash or trash cans out overnight.
- ONLY household trash in dumpsters.
RV SEWAGE
- Georgia law mandates the use of a sewer hose seal (threaded connector/rubber donut) – this is Mandatory.
- Our campground operates on septic systems. Please do not place feminine products, grease/fats, diapers, cat litter, paper towels, wet wipes, hazardous substances, syringes, or plastics down the drain/sewer.
- Sewer hose must be positioned in an manner that allows for the downward draining of the hose.
- ALL water hoses and connections should be leak-free. All hoses, electric cables, and cords must be coiled neatly and kept off the grass.
- Please use RV toilet paper.
PET RULES
- There is an active leash-law here in Tift County. All pets (dogs) must be on a leash (6ft or shorter) at all times when outside.
- We have a Dog Park where the dogs can run free while inside the fenced park.
- We reserve the right to refuse or require the removal of any animal at any time.
- Excessive barking is not allowed.
- Pet owners must immediately pick up after their pet and deposit waste in a bag and into trash bins.
- A $25 fine will be assessed to the pet owner for each occurrence of improper disposal or cleanup.
- Aggressive animals will not be allowed in the park. You will be asked to leave with no refund if your pet shows any aggressive tendencies or complaints are verified.
- Pet fences are not allowed.
- Pets may not be left outside unattended.
- Do not feed wild or stray animals.
- No washing of pet bedding, pet sheets, and/or pet blankets in the laundry rooms.
MONTHLY RENT AND ELECTRIC BILLS
- If you are a monthly guest, rent is due on the first day of each month
- A 3-day grace period will apply, before the $35 late fee will apply on the 4th.
- Management may terminate the occupancy of a defaulting guest for non-payment of fees.
SOLICITATION/PEDDLING/BUSINESS ENTERPRISE
- No peddling, soliciting, or business enterprise is allowed in the park. Signs for the sale of products, services, and RV’s are not allowed.
GUEST FACILITIES
- Guests use the campground's facilities at their own risk. Please act safely and secure your valuables.
- Management assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to a person, pet, or visitors due to the use of campground facilities or caused by others on the premises.

POLICY CHANGES
- Since every contingency cannot be covered in a set of rules, from time to time, modifications may be necessary. Therefore, management reserves the right to make changes deemed necessary to these rules regulations at any time without prior notice.
